Dear readers,
Since 1973, the CPMR has been seeking to influence the way EU policies are shaped to take greater account of the regional dimension and the problems experienced in the peripheral areas of Europe.
At a time of economic, financial, and social crisis, where confidence in the EU is waning, we want to act as a bridge between Europe and its regions. We assume a pivotal role, representing bodies that are close to the citizens while also promoting greater awareness of Europe in all its diversity and wealth.
Our aim is to take forward this commitment with a renewed approach, providing a single publication in which you will find all our news stories.
