General Assembly of the Balkan and Black Sea Regional Commission: the Regions at the heart of Black Sea Strategy

At the invitation of the Governor,Dr. Ahmet CENGIZ, the Balkan and Black Sea Commission General Assembly held on 22 June 2012 in Sinop (Turkey). At this occasion, a meeting was organised with all Turkish maritime regions the day after the General Assembly, on Saturday 23 June 2012.
